Luca Bisconti
Luca has been a member of the Milan Bar since 2022. He graduated in law from the University of Milan Bicocca with a thesis entitled “Domestic, EU and transnational tax profiles of M&A transactions”.
He has gained experience in Trusts, succession, estate and corporate planning, domestic and international arbitrations, M&A transactions, tax law and international contracts assisting clients either in legal proceedings or in extrajudicial procedures.
