Luca Bisconti

Luca works in the field of private wealth, focusing on estate, succession, and tax planning, as well as on the structuring and protection of substantial assets in complex and cross-border contexts. He advises Italian and international private clients, HNWI and UHNWI, entrepreneurs, and families on the management, preservation, and intergenerational transfer of wealth.

He has extensive experience in trusts, asset protection, and the generational transfer of family businesses, with particular attention to governance structures and dispute prevention. He is also involved in domestic and international arbitration proceedings concerning wealth and succession matters.

He is admitted to the Milan Bar Association.

He graduated from the University of Milan-Bicocca and furthered his education by completing the Advanced Training Course in “Protection, Transfer and Management of Wealth” at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart.

He is a Full Member of STEP.

He also collaborates as an Academic Contributor in International Business Law at LIUC – Carlo Cattaneo University in Castellanza.
