Chiara Gandini
Chiara carries out her professional activity in both judicial and out-of-court matters in the areas of commercial and civil law, assisting private individuals and entrepreneurs in the prevention and management of disputes, as well as in the protection of their personal and financial interests.
In the commercial field, she has extensive experience in extraordinary transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate reorganisations, and the negotiation and drafting of contracts.
In the civil law area, she advises on trusts, succession and estate planning, as well as family law matters. She also has significant experience in domestic and international contractual matters.
She has been admitted to the Milan Bar Association since 2011. She graduated with honours in Law and obtained a second-level Master’s degree in Oil & Gas Law and Economics from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan.
